# DACC Students Receive Free Virtual Health Services

Doña Ana Community College (DACC) students have 24/7 access to free virtual medical and mental health services through TimelyCare, a telehealth service.

Students can use TimelyCare to connect with healthcare professionals for concerns about mental and physical health concerns. This service provides 24/7, 7 day a week counseling, as well as self-care resources covering mental health, stress management, sleep issues and more. 

TimelyCare offers online appointments with professionals, making it easy for students to have access to support using their phone or computer without having to go to a clinic. For busy students trying to manage classes and work, TimelyCare makes it easy for students to put their health first. 

Students can also acess TimelyCares “Digital Self-Care" resources. This service includes material such as step-by-step videos, exercises, and podcasts relaying information for subjects such as grief, depression, nutrition, and more. 

According to DACC, this service is intended to make healthcare, and mental health easy and accessible to students who may not be able to afford healthcare or fit it into their busy schedules. 

TimleyCare is accessible to all enrolled students at DACC, with no additional costs, and no need for health insurance to access this service. 

To access TimleyCare, students can login to their MyNMSU and find the TimleyCare website.

 Once on the TimleyCare page, students can start talking with professionals and scheduling appointments.
